All items are shipped and processed by our fulfillment team based in Ohio. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. International shipping is available through USPS and DHL. Customer is responsible for any custom fees charged.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@familyfirstpress.com, within 24 hours of delivery, with proof of damage.
